Is it a simple single pivot? The F5 sure looks like one from afar. With just 2 pivots and a flexing seat stay, the F5 is able to generate up to 15% of leverage rate progression for that extra bottom out resistance. The design eliminates the typical shock yoke extender, resulting in better performance, longer shock life, and more time spent riding. Basically being as simple as your average single pivot bike.
Less pivots, less hassle.
While the F5 was first designed as a burly trail bike with a 160mm fork and 150mm of rear wheel travel, the design can be modified to be anything from an XC bike to an all out Enduro or even DH rig, though its characteristic lends itself more towards the longer travel spectrum.
